Any information given to us due to you buying tickets for one of our events will only be used for that purpose. We use Tixr for Ticket Sales (Their Privacy Policy can be seen here.)

TABLE BOOKING:

Any information given to us due to you buying a table/booth for one of our events will only be used for that purpose. We use Tixr for vendor sales(Their Privacy Policy can be seen here.)

NEWSLETTERS AND REGISTRATION EMAILS:

We offer free newsletters to share information with you about us and/or affiliates, or about our business partners and advertisers and sponsors. You may cancel you free newsletter subscription by following the instructions on the email. There will be an designated area towards to bottom of the email to opt out.

CONTACT FORMS:

Any information you provide in any of our contact forms are solely used for that intended purpose.

CONTEST OR SWEEPSTAKES:

We may operate contests and giveaways through our site, our social media, or through a newsletter. Your personally identifiable information may be used to contact you with a winners notification with instructions on how to claim your prize.   • Comments – For the lifetime of the website/event (the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
  • Ticket Sales – Names and email addresses for two years. Kept after the event for use in the event of a dispute, refund or query.
  • Table Bookings – Details given will be retained for two years. Kept after the event for use in the event of a dispute, refund or query.
  • Newsletters/Email Mailings – Information will be held till the end of the show.

ARE COOKIES HARMFUL:

Cookies cannot harm you or your computer. They cannot contain viruses, cannot install harmful software and cannot damage your computer in any way, although gathering encrypted information helps us to improve your user experience. We do not use cookies to store any sensitive information, such as name, address or contact details.
