Here at 3XC Events, our mission statement is to provide a high-quality entertainment based convention for communities in which we hold our events. These shows are host to 100’s of vendors, exhibitors, and artists. In addition, your sponsorship helps 3XC Events fly in celebrity guests from the movie, music, TV, gaming, comic, and anime industries to meet fans, sign autographs, and participate in events of the show.

• Official sponsor of an Official Event of your choosing (Concert, Performance, Cosplay Contest, Gaming Tournament) billed as “brought to you by ____________”
• Celebrity Guest screen advertising
• One Sponsorship table
• 10x – 3 Day Event Passes
• Shout out before and ending of the event
• Banner placement at event (sponsor must provide banner)

Our digital packages are build in high traffic areas of the show. Just looking to advertise at the show? Below, we have digital advertising packages that can help bring put you in front of our audience.
These are just a few of the areas your sponsorship can be placed to reach the maximum amount of exposure! If your company provides services that fall in line with the sponsorship we are happy to review them and replace the monetary amount with trade!

- Badge Sponsor ($200) Thousands of badges are distributed at our show each year. Place your advertisement or logo on the back for maximium visability.
- Digital logo (show displays) ($100) Place your logo on our screens that display vital attendee information
- 30 Second commercial ($300) Have your 30 second commercial placed on our digital displays and across our social media platforms
- Food sponsor ($500) Guests and staff have to eat! Be sure to have visibility for your sponsor at tables and sponsor meals for our guests!
- Cosplay Contest Sponsor ($500) Each year our show brings out hundreds of cosplayers. Reach this amazing creative community by sponsoring the prizes for our contests and giveaways!
- Lanyard sponsor ($400) We will create custom branded lanyards for the thousands of attendees to use at the event and take home!
- Bag Sponsor ($400) Attendees love having something to carry all those amazing collectibles they grab at the shows! Sponsor our bags and put your company in the hands of thousands of attendees.
- Gaming Sponsor ($200) Our gaming tournaments are a place where E-Sports fans gather each year to show off their skills! Sponsor the prizes given to these groups and title a tournament!
